Our wellness centre is dedicated to those in search of true thermal wellness on Ischia Island, far from the hustle and bustle of the big parks, in a splendid and renowned location, in the Bay of Cartaromana overlooking the Aragonese Castle.
Ninfario Wellness and Thermal Centre
The Wellness and Thermal Centre il Ninfario is a unique place for wellness, where you will find an indoor thermal bath with water massage, a steam bath, a massage room and an aerosol-inhalation room.
The secret of the centre lies in the thermal waters, rich in iron and sulphur, ideal properties for both health and beauty. The uniqueness and peculiarity of our spring has been famous since ancient times when this place was called Garden of the Nymphs - Ninfario, as can still be seen on many ancient maps.

This place is what gives our hotel, Wellness Centre and Thermal Park its name.
All our thermal baths are fed by a single spring with natural thermal water.
In our Ninfario Thermal and Wellness Centre, it is possible to undergo aerosol-inhalations, balneotherapy, personalised baths, wellness and beauty treatments. In our outdoor thermal park, it is also possible to enjoy special massages, such as the panoramic massage, performed in the shade of the oak trees in front of a unique panorama. Thermal Waters with their healing and regenerating power
The waters that feed our thermal baths derive from the natural thermal spring "Il Ninfario" found on our property, with characteristics similar to the ancient Cartaromana Spring, which still exists a few metres from our beach.
Our thermal waters are salt-bromine-iodine waters rich in iron and sulphur, with a temperature varying between 30 and 36 degrees Celsius.
The natural colour of our waters is crystal green. Because of natural oxidative processes of the iron contained in it, the colour of the water changes from green to yellow throughout the day.

The wealth of minerals found in our waters, combined with the daily renewal of these waters, means that they fully preserve that natural therapeutic energy.
The Ministry of Health has recognised the waters as Therapeutic Thermal Waters. They are ideally suited for balneotherapy, mud therapy, and inhalation cures, and are very effective in treating rheumatic diseases, such as arthritis, arthrosis, and dermatological conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis.
The waters are also a panacea from an aesthetic point of view: they are ideal for those with oily skin in need of purification.
The beneficial and therapeutic action of our thermal waters and the unique location in the countryside also contribute to a recovery of psychophysical well-being.

Thermal Bath “Sorgente degli Dei”
Temperature 34 °C degrees, depth 1.10 cm.
This pool is located at the entrance to our thermal park. You can enjoy plantar calf massage and back massage.
Thermal Bath “Venere”
Temperature 36° degrees, depth 1.10 cm.
This pool enjoys an excellent location: immersed in the water, you can enjoy the benefits of back and neck massage and the magnificent panorama.
Thermal Bath “Vesuvio”
Temperature 32° degrees, depth 80 cm.
This pool owes its name to the splendid view of the Vesuvius volcano that can be admired from its location. It is located in the shade of centuries-old oak trees, from which you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze on sultry summer days.
The hydro-massage from below with which the tub is equipped is ideal for problems with cellulite as well as tired legs.

Vascular Defatiguing and Countercurrent Route
Water temperature 32° degrees, depth ranging from 20 cm to 80 cm.
This is a countercurrent and anti-fatigue path, the bottom of which, fitted with pebbles, provides a foot massage that, together with the countercurrent and anti-fatigue action of the water, promotes good venous and lymphatic circulation, as well as a toning action for the legs.

The water that flows from our thermal showers comes directly from the "Il Ninfario" spring. It has a temperature of 36 °C. These showers provide an excellent cervical and back massage as well as a toning and purifying effect for the skin.
